I first spotted the Estée Lauder Double Wear Brush-On Glow BB in a video of Lily Melrose. It looked interesting but I wasn’t planning on buying it. I always wanted to try the YSL Touche Éclat and the Estée Lauder concealer looked very similar to the YSL one. When I received a few gift cards for my birthday I was like why not give the one from Estée Lauder a go?
The gold packaging gives it a very luxury feel and for €29.95 I expect nothing less. With a few twists you release the concealer that comes out of the brush.
I have the colour 1C Light and it's a bit lighter than my skin tone which is what you always want. I apply it after my foundation and draw a V underneath my eyes to really get the highlighting going. After that, I blend it in with my foundation brush and set it with a powder so that it stays in place. For me this is really necessary because my mascara tends to go underneath my eyes and gives the illusion of a panda. Not really the look I was going for!
It doesn't give the best coverage so if you have very dark circles I would apply it on top of your full coverage concealer or maybe skip this one altogether. Of course it's not meant to give the best coverage but to give you the most amazing glow instead. I do think it really lifts your face and makes it appear brighter and more awake. Like you always have plenty of sleep and have absolutely nothing to stress about. Don’t we all want that? It's not as sparkly as I thought it would be, but I don't like to have that underneath my eyes anyways. I reserve that sparkle for my cheekbones!
Overall a lovely glowy concealer to give you a fresh-faced look. It blends nicely, stays in place and the colour is a very good match for me. The price tag is maybe one of the reasons not to purchase it, but sometimes you got to spoil yourself a little!

Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess
Estée Lauder always brings out amazing products around the summer time. Last year I was obsessed with the Estée Lauder Kendall Jenner lipstick - I still am tbh- and this year I had to get the oh so popular Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess scent.
I was on the urge of buying it last year but summer was almost over and since I already have a million other perfumes, I decided not to purchase it. This time around, I knew that it had to be my summer scent so when my mum asked me what I wanted for my birthday I already had an answer: The Bronze Goddess perfume!
We immediately ordered it as soon as I got the email that it was in stock again, but after that I doubted a bit. What if the scent wasn't as good as I remembered? I hadn't smelled this perfume since last August so maybe I hated it now. You never know.
Luckily I had nothing to worry about because it is so lovely. I sprayed it on as soon as my order arrived and I immediately felt the urge to go on a holiday and lay on the beach with a coconut in my hand. It really has that summery vibe that my other perfumes don't have and since I am super bad at describing perfumes I have the official notes right here:
Sensuous Notes
Amber. Coconut Milk. Sandalwood. Vanilla. Vetiver. Myrrh
Warm Notes
Juicy Mandarin. Sicilian Bergamot. Lemon. Pulpy Orange
Radiant Notes
Tiare Flower. Jasmine. Magnolia Petals. Orange Flower Buds. Lavender
-Or in my words: summer with a hint of coconut-
You get 100ml for €65,00 which I think is a really good price for a perfume like this. Even though it's an Eau Fraîche skinscent I find that it stays on well and I can smell myself pretty much the whole day -as in smelling in a good way of course haha-. If you haven't smelled this scent yet I highly recommend you go and a take a look at an Estée Lauder counter. I am going on a holiday in about four weeks time and I can't wait to pop this in my suitcase and leave a lovely scent wherever I go.

Estée Lauder Kendall Jenner Lipstick in Restless
It was still in stock on the website (lucky me), but paying €32,00 for a
lipstick was a lot for me. By the time I made the decision I wanted to have it
anyways, it was sold out. The next day I checked the website probably a million
times to see if it miraculously was back in stock and at 7pm the words
''Sold Out'' had disappeared. I immediately ordered it and it was one of the
best decisions I ever made.
It's actually the first luxury lipstick I've owned in my life and I
can't be happier about it. I have a couple of MAC lipsticks, but it's just not
the same. The packaging is gorgeous. It is a matte, dark-blue with gold and
Kendall's signature is on the top. There is a magnet in there, so when you want
to close it, it snaps right into place. The lipstick itself is such an amazing
colour and I don't own anything like it. It's red with a hint of orange and the
matte consistency is just perfect.
It goes on very
smooth and the pigmentation is amazing. It does rub off a bit when you drink or
eat, so make sure to reapply a couple of times during the day. My lips also
haven't been in the best condition and, as with every matte lipstick, it does
show. So make sure you scrub your lips and moisturize them properly before you
apply it.
I think this is
one of the best beauty purchases I ever made! It's one of those classics that,
as a beauty addict, you just need to have! Also if you want to see the lipstick
in action, a Kendall Jenner Inspired Make-Up Look will go up very soon, so keep your eyes peeled for that! (update: the video is live and you can watch it HERE)
(sorry for the random make-up in the photo. I just filmed the make-up tutorial and had to take some quick shots for the thumbnail (and this post) and totally forgot to get it out of the shot.)

My Spring Make-Up Look
The sky is blue and the sun is shining; this can only
mean one thing: spring is finally here.
I am very happy with the warm sunshine on my skin and the happy colours that go
with it. I do really like snuggly sweaters and a dark, purple lip, but the cold
weather is something that I do not like at all. I am happy that I can finally
pull out my bright lipsticks and sandal shoes to complete my spring look.
That’s why today I have filmed my Spring Make-Up Look.
I have been wearing this look non-stop and I am in love with the blush and the
lipstick. They are both amazing!

What's In My Make-Up Bag?
I have many make-up products, but my favourites and my most used products are obviously in my make-up bag. I bought this make-up bag a couple of months ago and it sort of represents my love for macarons, and make-up of course.
I am always interested in what other people use. From a peek in their make-up bag you can immediately find out what their miracle products are for flawless skin and voluptuous lips. Today you will get a peek in my make-up bag and find out which products are my faves!

The Blush Ensemble
The Estée Lauder Pure Color Illuminating Blush in Tease is an absolute beauty. It is a limited edition and I am happy that I have it in my make-up drawer. This blush gives a beautiful, illuminating sheen and a light pink flush to the cheeks. I just love the packaging and this is definitely my favourite in the spring time.
Now on to the gorgeous pattern of this Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Blush in Natural. A friend of mine picked this up for me when she was in the US. Something about those hearts make me love the product even more. I swirl my brush around all the coloured hearts and it gives a sheer, pink flush to the cheeks. Very pretty indeed!
For fall and winter time this is my go-to blush. Frankly Scarlet by MAC is a classic for me and it gives my cheeks the ultimate winter flush. I did an entire post about this beauty that you can read here.
During my London trip in 2013 I picked up my first ever NARS blush, so this one is very special to me. Deep Throat is super pretty and definitely a must when it comes to blushes. I love the pinky, coral sheen it gives. Perfect for any time of the year!

Review | Estée Lauder Illuminating Powder Gelée Blush in Tease
So if you have red some articles on my blog you know that I am really sensitive for hypes. Whenever there is a hype going on I want to try it. Bioderma, I have it. La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo, I have it. Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer, I have it. And this list goes one and one. I know that I am probably not the only one who has this problem. Hahaha.
That's sort of how I bought this product. I watch YouTube videos a lot and that's how I found out about this product.
Estée Lauder came out with her S/S line and it also had a beautiful illuminating blush. I saw the blush being used in a lot of tutorials on YouTube and it made me also want to get it. When I went to the store it was already sold out, this was in May. In June I went to another store in my town and it was also sold out. I sort of gave up the hope to find it. Then a miracle happened. I went shopping with my mom a couple of weeks ago. We went to a drugstore that also had a small luxury beauty department. They had Estée Lauder, so I looked at the counter and they still had it on the display. I asked if they still had one. She looked it up and pulled THE blush out. I was so happy and overjoyed. (*cough cough* beauty addict). It was €48, which is a bit expensive for a blush, but it is totally worth it.

The blush is beautiful. It is a very light pink with lots of shimmer in it. I love glowy skin, so this is perfect to accomplish that look.
The packaging is amazing. Just what you expect from a luxury brand.
All with all I am very happy that I found it. It is a perfect light pink colour. I think I will wear this blush a lot. It is very subtle. You can apply it very lightly for a nice sheen or you can apply more for a very shimmery pink look.
Which blush do you love for fall?
