Fleur de Force Lipgloss in Seeing Stars

A few weeks ago I showed you everything I got from Feel Unique and I finally had time to do a review on the Fleur De Force Lipgloss in Seeing Stars. When Fleur announced her beauty line I was quite excited. I have been a viewer of her for years and I think she really deserves everything that comes her way.

The Fleur De Force beauty line consists of eyeshadows, make-up bags and lipglosses. There are six lipgloss shades to choose from and I went for the orangey toned one. 

I will be honest; I am normally not a lipgloss person even though they are more on trend now than they were a couple of years ago. When I ordered this lipgloss I thought it would be more of a nude colour with an orange undertone, but it turned out to be an orange lipgloss. Now I love orange lips. I own Mac Morange and the Esteé Lauder Kendall Jenner lipstick and I love them both a lot. The only problem is that it's not really that time of the year for orange lips. This time around I am all about a dark red lip, but at least I have something to look forward to when the temperature goes up. Besides that I do think it’s a gorgeous colour. Perfect for when you want to wear a bit of colour on your lips, without going for a bold lip

A thing that I also love is the packaging. It's not cheap looking and I love the star detail on the packaging and in the name. It’s really a personal touch of Fleur herself which I quite like. I also love that this lipgloss is very pigmented. They are meant to be a mix between a liquid lipstick and a lipgloss and I totally think it is. The gloss also stays on very well, which I always think is hard to find with lipglosses. I don’t like reapplying a lot during the day, so this is perfect for me.

The lipgloss has a vanilla scent and I don't know if I like it or not, since I don't particularly like the scent of most lipglosses anyway. I do prefer this scent over the sweet strawberry scents that are also on the market. Back in the day I was obsessed with collecting lipglosses. They all had different flavours and colours and it really showed my make-up obsession at a young age. Then I became obsessed with lipsticks and that faze has never really faded.

Overall I am really happy with my purchase. I maybe should've picked a berry colour, but I quite like this orange lipgloss. It's very subtle and not as bold. Perfect for an everyday look and I have to say it's been in my bag ever since I wore it. I just took it out last week, because I was cleaning out my bag and I found five other lip products in there too #IMightHaveAProblem.
